Rosanne Wood, B.A., AACI, P.App
Rosanne started as a Residential Appraiser and Real Estate Consultant in 2004 as a CRA, P.App completing residential appraisals and later obtained her AACI, P.App designation. Rosanne holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from
the University of Regina. She also dedicates her time to reviewing candidate appraisals and is an Appraiser mentor. She is a member of the Saskatchewan Appraisal Institute of Canada Board of Directors
She completes commercial and residential appraisals on a wide variety of properties including farms, acreages, and residential appraisals on all types of properties including high end new construction and contaminated or distressed properties.
Erin Kendel, B. Comm, AACI,P. P.App
Erin has completed a Bachelor of
Commerce Degree from Lakeland College along with a Diploma in Appraisal and Assessment, She has successfully completed her CRA designation and her AACI designation in 2018. Her strong academic background in appraisal and assessment made her the perfect addition to Pinnacle Appraisals early in 2012.

Satwinder is a dedicated real estate professional and a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC), bringing nearly a decade of industry expertise since 2016. With a strong foundation in both residential and commercial real estate, he has consistently delivered exceptional value to clients through strategic insights, market knowledge, and a client-first approach.
In addition to his real estate practice, Satwinder is an accomplished business owner, which gives him a unique perspective on investment and development opportunities. His academic background in Business Administration, earned from Sheridan College in Ontario, complements his professional acumen and entrepreneurial mindset. Known for his integrity, analytical skills, and commitment to excellence, Satwinder continues to build lasting relationships while contributing meaningfully to the Canadian real estate landscape.
Christie Fessler, AIC Candidate
Christie is actively
working towards her Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC).
She brings with her over 25 years of dedicated experience working for
both the federal government and Farm Credit Canada.
As a Candidate Appraiser, she is excited to apply her knowledge and
experience to residential valuations in southern Saskatchewan.
Christie holds a Business Administration degree from the University of
Regina and is working to complete her Post-Graduate Certificate in Real
Property Valuation (PGCV) through UBC. She makes her home in Regina with
her family and is a dedicated community volunteer
filling various board leadership roles with organizations like REACH
and the YWCA Regina.
