Rosanne Wood, B.A., AACI, P.App
Rosanne started as a Residential Appraiser and Real Estate Consultant in 2004 as a CRA, P.App completing residential appraisals and later obtained her AACI, P.App designation. Rosanne holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from
the University of Regina. She also dedicates her time to reviewing candidate appraisals and is an Appraiser mentor. She is an Appraisal Institute of Canada Professional Competency Interviewer.
She completes commercial appraisals on a wide variety of properties including farms, acreages, and residential appraisals on all types of properties including high end new construction and contaminated or distressed properties.
Erin Kendel, B. Comm, AACI,P. P.App
Erin has completed a Bachelor of
Commerce Degree from Lakeland College along with a Diploma in Appraisal and Assessment, She has successfully completed her CRA designation and her AACI designation in 2018. Her strong academic background in appraisal and assessment made her the perfect addition to Pinnacle Appraisals early in 2012.
